Our all butter croissants are made daily on the premises from scratch

PLAIN CROISSANT


FILLED CROISSANT: raspberry, chocolate, raisin-cinnamon, prune, walnut, apricot-custard, apple, strawberry, cream cheese-cinnamon, almond creams

 

BRIOCHE: a slightly sweet, eggy and buttery roll plain or sugar topped muffins 

ALMOND TWIST: strip of flaky pastry with almond cream      

BEIGNET: a fried brioche dough, plain or filled with raspberry jam, vanilla or choc. custard      

APPLE TURNOVER: our own flaky pastry, filled with granny smith apples, apple sauce and cinnamon      

COFFEE CAKE: brioche dough-raisin-almond      

TOURTE: a Southwest of France specialty, a pound cake flavored with lemon, orange rum and vanilla, presented in a gift wrap
